yes it is mandatory file form DIR 3 KYC every year.

what is due date , whether any fee to be paid. Secondly 10 days back I activated din No. on the payment of Rs. 5000/- for delayed, it it again to be file KYC

Due Date: 30th April
Form DIR-3 KYC, if filed within the due date of the respective financial year, no fee is payable.However, if filed after the due date a Fee of Rs.5000/- becomes payable
