DIN 1 - Foreign Nationals

I have to apply for a DIN 1 for a Female
who is Foreign National and having Foreign Citizenship . ( Singapore Nationalality )

What will be the requirements for the DIN 1 Application ?

Is mentioning of Husband's name or Father's name is mandatory for Female ?

Will Passport copy will work ?

02 February 2009 Step 1 : You generate Din.

Step 2 : Prepare a affidivat stating the nationality, name, fathers name and address

Step 3 : Send this to singapore

Step 4 : Affidivit, passport, address proof has to be signed by notorary of singapore.

Step 5 : The photograph, and address proff and id proof has to be signed by embassy person of india in sinagore.

(or) This can be signed by the managing director of a company for which he want to become a director.

Step 6 : Submit the singned forms to mca.

Please note that you have only sixty days time from the date of generation of din.

2) Passport is OK for address and identity
proof.
3) Certification . Pl refer FAQ no.9.

02 February 2009 Also fees Rs.100/- has to be paid under miscellaneous fee through MCA portal.
