Digitally sign by statutory auditor

Whether statutory auditor can digitally sign the E-forms of a company e.g. AOC-4, MGT-7 etc. ro be filed with MCA.

Auditor can digitally sign Form AOC-4. However, he can not sign MGT-7 because pursuant to Section 92, only CS or Practising CS can sign Annual Return.
