Digital signature - registration failure

I am a tax consultant. While filing the return of one of my clients, a private limited company, for the Asst. year 2009-10
There was a slight mistake in the the verification pan of the director signing the return. Now this year when I am trying to
Register the digital signature of the same director with his correct pan I am getting the following error massage

Validation Error

You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

1. The PAN mentioned by you does not match any Director PAN in the Incometax returns filed earlier for this Company.
2. The issuer name present in the DSC does not match with the name as per PAN Database of the key person
3. Please register using a new DSC with PAN issued after 01/08/2010.

Please help me to register the digital signature at the earliest as the due date for filing the return is nearing.
