Digital signature for minor

One of my minor client owns an hospital inherited from her father. she obtained PAN
signed by her mother and is regularly filing IT returns in her own PAN but signed by her mother. After introduction of e-filing and consequent Digital Signature for 44AB cases, mother can not sign the return of the minor using mother's DSC. But it is also not possible to obtain a DSC for the minor. How to proceed further to file the return of the minor for AY 2011-12.

Digital Sign of mother can be attached in a representative capacity!

You are right. But when i try to register the DSC of mother, the PAN number appearing is that of the minor and i can not change it to mothers PAN to register mothers DSC.How to change the PAN of minor appearing to that of mother. That is the real problem facing by me. Thanks
