sir,
if X want to make digital signature as a representative capacity of his father.
because father of X has been expired.
so how can i update digital signature at the incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
X is not able to update digital signature in log in of his father.
kindly please give your suggession, how can X update his signature in the website..
please give solution as soon as possible..

Kindly fill the representative assessee column with son's details and enter the verification PAN with Son's pan and you can file the xml as a representative assessee.
