I am having 2 I.T. files one is Individual & another is HUF. Both are having taxable income for the F.Y.2012-13 exceeds Rs.5.00 Lacs.
Hence They have to file return only through online with Digital Signature as per recent changes in I.T. rules.
Now I have taken Digital Signature on behalf of Individual Capacity which is also karta of his HUF.
Now can we use digital signature of Individual in case of HUF also while filing ITR on behalf of HUF as karta or we have to take another digital signature.if not then how to register digital signature with efiling income tax website so far HUF is concerned in the capacity as Karta.
Please reply with elaborate details.

In your case, you can file both the return by same DSC. But you have to register the DSC on HUF and the procedure is same as individual case.

So many thanks to both of you for the reply.However can you please let me know how to register DSC with Efiling website of I.T. as far as HUF PAN is concerned while login in their account on the website.

In case of HUF, follow following procedure
1. Log on to efilling site.
2. Go to register DSC option.
3. Provide the PAN of Karta of HUF.
4. and then click register.
