If audit is required under section 44AB in the case of individual, huf or firm, return of income should be submitted in electronic format.
My question is that whether such e-filing should be done with digital signature or not?

In case of an assessee whose accounts are audited then in that case IT returns are to be mandatorily filed using DSC.
