Kindly tell me the difference between H Form Sales and Third Party Sales and who will liable to issue H Form in both the conditions. Kindly answer as soon as possible.

25 May 2012 H Form is sales for Deemed export sales in which to whom is sale is made exported that material as an export of Goods or Sales to Export house. and in the given case that Exporter or Export House is liable to Ussue of H Form.
