different vaue mentioned in shipping bill and invoice

28 June 2011 We have sent an shipment to one of our buyer overseas, Earlier shipment was on FOB basis and we filled shipping bill with FOB value, then later on buyer asked us to pay for Airfrieght. we paid airfrieght and send them the invoice on CIF Air basis.

Now their customs has filed a case for misdiclaration of value on invoice.

Please advise.

28 June 2011 please write a letter in this Regards for clarification & provide them evidence about the mis declaration to additional commissioner of custom,(export) IGI AIRPORT, NEW DELHI-110037

as well as also submit photo copy of self attested export sales contract ,copy of letter of credit invoice, & amendment by consignee.

ask your CHA for immediately contact them and submit a letter in this regard.
