Difference in the financial statement filed to the roc

15 March 2012 We have filed Form 23AC & 23ACA for the year ended March 2011. But in that year the opening Balance of 2010 is different from the Financial year ended 2011 (Form 23AC & 23ACA year ended March 2010), The explanation from the auditors is that they Revised some amount For income tax, So my doubt is whether we have to inform the Roc in this matter ? (Can we use Form 23 AAA-(Application to Central Government for modification in the matters to be stated in the company's balance))
