In Duty drawback schedule ITC HS code mention are not match with present ITC HS code

the CHA mentioned the ITC HS CODE of export items which are exporting so that exporter avail the dbk.
it seems that your CHA not checked before submission the details as per current schedule of ITCHS CODE.
talk your CHA to amend it so that u can avail dbk..
this is your CHA responsibility.. please also stop the payment of BILLS of this CHA untill amendment in ITCHS code in s.bills.
