Difference in income credit in 26as & in actual in bank a/c

THAT MY DOING SERVICES IN 1 CO. HE RECEIVE SALARY & CO. DEDUCT TAX BT QUERY IS THAT THEY RECEIVED AMOUNT OF SALARY IN BANK ACCOUNT & ACTUAL CREDIT IN 26AS THERE IS SHOW DIFFERENCE. SO IF I CALCULATE INCOME AS PER CREDIT IN A/C IS THEIR CHANCES ISSUE NOTICE FROM INCOME TAX DEPT.
