01 December 2013 on sales on sales tax= VAT is applicable and not service tax.

01 December 2013 both are sales only when goods are ultimately sold.

01 December 2013 no possession of goods and control on it is matter. deemed sales include hire of good for few period. in this case we only transfer of possession of goods but not control of goods. so we are not selling goods in this case

01 December 2013 refer article 29A of constitution...if its not deemed sale but hiring then its not deemed sale...
