What is the basic difference between Chartered Accountant in Practice & Chartered Accountant in Service ??

I would be grateful if my query gets resolved.

23 January 2013 Members in Practice are Practicing Chartered Accountants. They are the one's who audit and sign the balance sheets. CA in Service are people who have taken up jobs in companies, etc. I hope that your query has been resolved.
