22 August 2011 Form 16AA has been abolished as per NOTIFICATION NO 31/2009, Dated: March 25, 2009, from 1st april 2009.

As regards Form 16 it is a TDS certificate for deduction on salaries whereas Form 16A is a certificate for other deductions.
