Kindly explain the difference between director and additional director ?
While filling Form 32, new director will be independant or any others ?

Director is a person appointed by Shareholders or appointed by board and regularised in shareholder meeting. Additional director is appointed by the board, not yet regularised by shareholder.
Whether independent or not depends upon in what capacity he was appointed and what is his relationship withthe existing ones.
