20 July 2009 CS or Company Secretary is a professional qualification given by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a body established under an Act of the Parliament.
In this course, a student would gain expertise in laws pertaining to a Company, SEBI, Stock Exchanges and other laws affecting a corporate entity. You may obtain complete details on www.icsi.edu

CWA or Cost Accountant is a professional qualification given by the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India, again a body established under an Act of the Parliament. A Cost Accountant is a person who is expected to have expertise in areas of costing, management accounting , decision making and the like. You may obtain complete details on www.icwai.com

Both the courses are correspondece courses and can be pursued while doing a job.
