not only drawback but also avail the DGFT INCENTIVE CHAPTER-3, CHAPTER-4 , CHAPTER-5 TOO .

KINDLY NOTED MDA , MAI INCENTIVE CAN ALSO AVAIL.

23 January 2014 OK sir, we are also avail the input credit on raw material as per CCR aswellas we can get both the benefits

if we can not avail drawbak only avail cenvit credit on raw material & DGFT incentive so it is possible.

23 January 2014 yes you can admissible for taking the incentive chapter-3 licences.
