Order is received from Foreign & payment is also to be received in Foreign Currency. But goods are to be supplied in India.

From which office Invoice will be raised? Will it be raised by Foreign HO? or domestic office?

if you provide the goods in 100% EOU and SEZ unit then you will be deemed export in foreign countryon the otherhand if you provide goods in india it will be send through the ADVANCE LICENCE the licence holder no paid any duty under this licence .
