Please help me with details of GDCA and when the exam form will be available for the may 2012

Full from of GDCA is goverment dipolma in cooperation and accountancy, conducted by maharashtra govt:
it is usefull for two purpose
1 to govt servant for promotion
2 to other - for undertaking the audit of cooperative societies and or cooperative banks
it is reconginsed degree and person persuing GDCA course is know as certified auditor
it is one year course
