15 November 2011 Full from of GDCA is goverment dipolma in cooperation and accountancy, conducted by maharashtra govt:

it is usefull for two purpose
1 to govt servant for promotion
2 to other - for undertaking the audit of cooperative societies and or cooperative banks
it is reconginsed degree and person persuing GDCA course is know as certified auditor
it is one year course
