I Have Purchased a Shop for Investment. So Depreciation on That Shop Will Be Charge Or Not.If Yes Than What is the Rate of Depriciation?

The rate of depreciation under IT is 10 %
better not to charge depreciation on fixed asset, because as and when you sale the property there will be higher tax rate for capital gain than which you calculate is depreciation charged on property
