06 March 2013 we did not claim depreciation in the previous year.but now we want to claim depreciation of previous year in the current year along with the depriciation of current year..is it possible if it so please specify the conditions

06 March 2013 One thing is very clear that every assessee has to claim depreciation in ITR of that year, so you should revise previous years return.

Now you can not claim depreciation for both the year.
