What will be the Depreciation Rate as per Company Act,1956 on Domain Name Purchased.

If its an intangible asset it would be amortised as per Guidance contained in AS-26. There is a rebuttable presumption there that the expected life of the intangible would not exceed 10 years. In your case, the expected life would be the validity of the registration period.
