What is rate of depreciation on business rights as per companies act on wdv Basis?

No specific rate is given in the companies act. Therefore you have to write it off over the period of right. For eg. you have paid 5,00,000 for 5 years. Then for the purpose of companies act you have to write off 1,00,000 each year. This is called as writing of the asset as per the utility period.
However as per income tax act 25% wdv can be claimed.
