What is the depreciation on Setup Cost @1.50 Cr of Multiplex theater as per Income Tax Act ? there is no separate cost of Furnitures & equipment's are available.

I do not think we have all in one rate for Multiplex Theaters and rather it should be depreciated as Land and Building with separate deprecials of other plan and machineries
