can i take full amount of fixed asset value of mobile to depreciation mobile value below 20000/-

As per companies Act there is no such restriction to claim full depreciation it is as per company's policy.
But as per IT Act u can not claim 100% Dep.
But as per IT Act u can not claim 100% Dep.
