Director car is being used for business purpose who is also share holder. Weather company can claim the depreciation on this said Car or not,

23 September 2016 No the depreciation can not be claimed, however if the car is used for business purpose, a resolution for that effect can be passed and company can claim vehicle running and maintenance expenses.
