whether depreciation can be claimed by assesses having NON OPERATING AGRO COOPERAIVE SOCIETY please clarify.

Depreciation allowed when "Put use " concept full filed . In your case Non operative organisation not get any depreciation .
But non operation due to some temporary reason then you can get the depreciation .
