What is the defination of Factrory Building, is the administrative office situated in Industrial area can be claimed as Factory Building?

In general terms, facdtory building is the building where some manufacturing or processing activity or any activity incidental to such abovementioned activity is carried on.
Please note that any plot or land attached to factory building will also be treated as factory building and all the benefits available in the factory building will automatically expend to such land also
