spouse company having loss of rs. 100 after claiming depreciation of rs. 50
so now we called unabsorbed depreciation is rs 50 and business loss of rs. 50
and if spouse company having loss of rs. 100 after claiming depreciation of rs. 200
so now we called unabsorbed depreciation is rs 100
so now we called unabsorbed depreciation is rs 50 and business loss of rs. 50

if depreciation is as per income tax, then unabsorbed depreciation would be as per income tax.
if depreciation is as per companies act, then unabsorbed depreciation would be as per books of accounts.
if depreciation is as per companies act, then unabsorbed depreciation would be as per books of accounts.
