19 July 2008 how do i calculate depreciation on computers n furniture used in an IT firm? i do not know the life of assets.n even the salvage value of it.

19 July 2008 If yours is a company and if you do not know the life of assets you have no option but to use only the rates given in the schedule of depreciation to the Companies Act 1956
