Please let me know the depreciation rate on Freezer used in Ice-cream Parlour...

Can the CA as per renewed system requirements on the income tax e-filing site upload both Audit Report and ITR on behalf of the client?????

Dear Pankti,
The freezer will be a part of plant and machinery and thus the depreciation rate applicable to it will be 15%.
No, the Audit report has to be uploaded by the CA from his own login id.
Whereas the ITR has to be done so by using the client’s user id and Password. Hence, both of them cannot be done together.
Also, after logging into the client’s ID, the audit report filed by the CA has to be approved.

Thank you Mr. Ankit. My further query is that both the Audit Report and the ITR will be uploaded using the same system and hence it will both be having the same IP Address. Will this thing pose any problem?

Yes you can use the same PC for the uploading the ITR and the Audit report…
No problem in that.
Also, since you asked about 3CD…just have a look at point no 14 (Depreciation Schedule) in the form…that is a problem area…
