18 October 2012 My one of client provideing service of Internet to various of his customenrs,
He installed modem and all that equipments at Customer Premises, i.e. Customer premises Equipments, Can i treat it as a Revenue Expenditure or not. Please provide me with case law refrence, so that i can guide hi very well.
