29 November 2021 Suppose Jaspal Singh hora & huf carring business in the status of HUF. Suppose huf have to purchase a car for business purpose but want to purchase in the name of jaspal singh hora (karta of huf) instead of HUF name. Can Huf claim depreciation if car purchase in the name of karta or any member's name instaed of name of huf.
