Pls let me know while calculating Current ratio shold i take deposits as current assets or not?

Current assets are those assets of the concern which will be realized into cash or cash equivalent with in short period say one year, deposits can be realized with in an year (Premature closure)
Can be taken for calculation of Current Ratio.
