Can any one tell me?
I am doing tax audit of private co, in that case director give deposit to such company.
Then any disclosure require for deposit under CARO or For the purposer of 3 CD tax audit report?

If deposit is accepted in Cash then should be reported u/s 269SS and for repayment sec 269T would be attracted. ie clause 24 of form 3CD.
