Form No. 17 of depositing TDS. Is it applicable from 1/10/2009 or we have to deposit the tds in old challan.
And i want to knaow that i file tds return quarterly but as per new provision An Annula Return is to be submitted to Income Tax directly through online. It is applicable.
Please clarify.

since payment is online where is the requirement for Challan? Thats the law w e f 01-10-2009

you can deposit tax by old challan but online.and now no need to file annual return.
