Dear All,
We are a DTA unit and supplying goods to SEZ units under ARE-1-LUT.We are collecting our payments in INR only.Will we go in for DEPB Licence?if so please explain the procedure for the same

YOU CAN AVAIL THE DUTY DRAWBACK OR DEPB AS CASE MAY BE AS PER CHAPTER-6 OF CURRENT FORFEIGN TRADE POLICY 2009-2014.
FOR THIS :- EP COPY OF SHIPPING BILL, BILL OF LADING AND BRC IS MANDATORY SUBMIT IN CONCERNED DGFT / REGIONAL LICENSING AUTHORITY.
AFTER REGISTERATION YOU CAN EITHER SELL IT OR IF YOU WANT MAY BE NOT TRANSFERABLE .
