I am working in a Bio-Fertilizer company.
Here for promotion of a product 'Distribute the product among farmers at free " .
If i show this as an expenses i think it is a wrong way as earlier it shown at the time of Manufacturing.
So, How can i maintain the account .
Please suggest me.

In this case there is no accounting involved.
There must be approved indent and receiver's signature for the issue of free samples and the inventory issue entry is to be made on the date of issue for tallying the closing inventory stock
