14 January 2019 the deadline has been extended and the aforesaid requirement of transfer of securities only in demat form shall now come into force from April 1, 2019.

14 January 2019 Above Date is Applicable only For Listed Shares. For Unlisted Shares there is No Date however you cannot transfer your unlisted company shares before dematerialising the same
