Demand of intimation u/s 143(1)

01 December 2011 Hello,
I had sent an e mail to CPC Banglore demanding intimation u/s 143(1) for which the demand was raised u/s 245 of IT Act,1961.
The e-mail id that i had sent to was :
1. cpc@intimations.gov.in
2. ask@incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in

However , my mail has permanently got rejected.
Please suggest any other e-mail id or any other method of demanding intimation u/s 143(1).Actually i need to file rectification u/s 154 for the demand raised for which i need intimation u/s 143(1).

01 December 2011 if you file the return online then you should rectify the return u/s 154 of it act only the way of online.

plz open the account on income tax effiling site and under the head my account a option available rectification u/s 154 and fill accurate and submit.
