Demand notice u/s 143(1)

08 May 2015 Dear Sir,

I have received demand notice in December 2014 for A.Y. 2014-15 @ Rs. 820 is net payable amount. I neglected that notice.. Now I want to make payment of that.

I have already know that payment type is 400- regular assessment.

But I dont knw under which head should I put Rs. 820 amount from the following..

Basic Tax?
Surcharge?
Interest?
Penalty?
Others or fees for 26q?

please help me on this..

08 May 2015 The demand order includes taxes as well as cess. It wont affect your case.
You can bifurcate it as basic + cess or else you can put whole amount in basic tax.
