Demand notice from income tax

17 September 2013 I have received demand notice for the AY 2012-13.In which showing difference between Tax as per Provided by tax payer with As computed under section 143(1)of Rs 3996 On this matter I have filed recetificaiton on Line but till date not process by Deptt. Please advise what will be the Implecation for me as as per 26AS all TDS is match with employer

17 September 2013 How many days over from the date of filing of rectification. Generally it takes minimum of one month to get rectification from CPC.

18 September 2013 Rectification FIled on 24/07/2013 But till date not rectified

18 September 2013 Generally it taking minimum of 30 days. In your case it is almost 60 days. so my suggestion is please be wait for some more days say 15 days more,Because of now the process at CPC is going slow. Then also you didn't receive any intimation from CPC then post your request at www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in or call to CPC.
