Listing of shares means that the shares of the company are admitted to trading on a stock exchange. Delisting is the reverse of listing wherein the shares which are already listed, get delisted. Which means that the shares are no longer admitted to trading on a stock exchange.
Delisting Offer means the offer given by the Promoters for getting the shares delisted to the existing shareholders of the company in accordance with the Delisting Regulations.
