29 March 2026 I have shares of one company which are not traded on NSE and BSE stock exchange as this company has not paid Annual Listing Fees & this company is in violation of SEBI & Exchange Regulations. What can I do to recover my share money.

• Your best chance of recovery is through promoter exit obligations or SEBI complaint.
• If the company is inactive or dissolved, recovery is unlikely unless legal action is pursued.
