Delayed it return & tds refund issue

26 February 2016 Ay 2014-15 IT Return has not been filed due to certain reason. I want to file the said return in March 2016 because of TDS Refund. Whether the IT department will refund the TDS if I file the said IT Return ?

27 February 2016 Yes they will give you refund due. Do file it before 31.03.2016 as it is last date to file return for AY 2014-15
