02 February 2015 Many times employees incur expenditure on behalf of the company while working out of station.
.
In such situation, they may prepare vouchers which may be produced after 3-4 or even later.
.
Hence the voucher can be entered in the BOOKS only when PAYMENT is ACTUALLY PAID by the enterprise to the concerned employee/person.
