Delay in registration for articles

I need a suggestion regarding late registration for articleship.I have passed group1 exams on nov2014 .I want to register for articleship after attending group2 exams this may2015.My query is will it get delayed if I register for articles after group2 exams which I actually had to apply for registration until April 30....if it is possible is there any late fee..please let me know..

the more u delay ur articlehsip registration the more it will delay ur final ca attempt as u need to complete 2 years and 6 months of training + adv itt + gmcs
