11 August 2017 Dear Sir,

We are filed a INC-22 for change of Registered office address.
due to change in date passed resolution and rental agreement its came for re submission stating that The Delay condoned from the competent authority.

can anyone explain what is the condoned from the competent authority
and what is procedure for filing a petition to ROC for delay.

11 August 2017 You must have filed delayed inc_22 with Registrar of Companies! So firstly you have to file with Regional Director the petition regarding the condensation of delay by giving the justification for such a delay and pay the penalized amount and then I will be that payment challah in you need to attach with inc-22 and file with ROC
